BALTIMORE FBI OFFICE TO IMPLEMENT A NEW INITIATIVE THROUGH COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM

 

Special Agent in Charge (SAC) William D. Chase, of the Baltimore Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) announces a new initiative for the FBI, developed by our Community Relations Unit at FBI Headquarters, to assist non-profit organizations which will benefit many communities in need. The program will donate abandoned or surplus property, acquired by the FBI, to organizations which will in turn provide assistance to those in need. On Tuesday, July 3, 2007, the Baltimore Division, along with our Community Relations Unit from FBI Headquarters, will donate kitchen items to the Morning Star Baptist Church, which regularly provides meals to the homeless. We invite you to participate in this first step towards establishing an ongoing relationship, through our Outreach Program, to give back to our citizens’ in Baltimore.
