MARYLAND INFRAGARD MEETING  CONCERNING INTERNET ONLINE SAFETY FOR MINORS

 

The Maryland Chapter of InfraGard, which is a national Cyber information sharing program between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the private sector, will hold a meeting at the Johns Hopkins Downtown Center, Baltimore, Maryland, to discuss Internet Safety for Minors. The FBI, in conjunction with InfraGard, will give a presentation designed for parents, educators and professionals who work with children to learn best practices in protecting minors on the Internet. This presentation will cover such things as social networking websites, Instant Messaging, Peer to Peer file sharing and new trends in child exploitation cases. This meeting is open to the public.
